iBall Schools Tournament
We believe that the best way of getting young people to learn the beautiful game is to play more of it.
Croydon Primary Schools Basketball Tournament + Basketball Thematic/Activity Days
Since 2023, Croydon Schools Sports Partnership and iBall have worked in partnership to organise and run the iBall Croydon Primary Schools Basketball League and host basketball themed Activity days, the first of their kind in the borough.
The 2023 Thematic day featured over 30 schools take part in individual and group activities including an East vs West ‘all-stars’ game and the iBall Basketball league which included 20 schools, was won by Tudor Academy in a hotly contested final against Minster School.
In 2024 participation grew and saw the tournament finals held at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre, with the Minster school being crowned Croydon Primary School Champions after they defeated Park Hill Junior School in the finals.
